We respect your privacy and want to keep you fully informed about the ways we collect and use information through your use of our website. Omek Interactive Ltd. and its affiliates, including Omek USA, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “Omek”) owns and operates the www.omekineteractive.com web site and the services available through that web site (the “Site”). We care about the privacy of each user of the Site (“you” or a “user”). This Privacy Policy gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy, how we treat information that identifies an individual user, including both registered users and un-registered users (referred to as “Personal Information”) as well as aggregate information, and the choices you have.

Collection of Information
In order to use some of the features of the Site, you will need to create a user account which requires you to provide us with some personal information. Cookies, Log files etc.

Omek does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target the Site to children under 13. The Site is available for use by people at least 13 years of age, but if you are between 13 and 18 years of age and register for the Site, you agree that you have received parental permission to provide personal information to the Site. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
