Ilana Fletcher, VP Sales

Ilana Fletcher has been VP Sales at Omek since its inception, joining even before the company’s incorporation to assist with market research and marketing strategies. A strong personality with a firm understanding of the importance of transparency and accountability, Mrs. Fletcher is a born organizer and networker who strengthens all of the company’s activities. In addition to her core responsibilities she assists with fundraising, advises the development team on user feedback and product evaluation, and manages many corporate relationships.

Most recently Mrs. Fletcher was Director of Sales at IDT Video Technologies where she established and directed the sales department for mobile telephone picture messaging technology and closed multiple contracts with major content distributors in Asia, Canada, and Europe within weeks of product launch. Before that she was Director of Sales for IDT Global Services from 2003-2006. One of the first executives hired for that division of IDT she consistently exceeded sales goals while initiating and closing the division’s largest client and contract while being responsible for over 100 agents on the floor.

Prior to her career at IDT she was an account manager at deltathree, an international VOIP company, and European Sales and Marcom Manager for DenX Ltd.

Fluent in Dutch, Hebrew, and English, Mrs. Fletcher is an Amsterdam native but now lives in Israel with her husband. She graduated with honors in Neuro-Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
